Ability One Mail Clerk (Air Force Base)

Witco is hiring for a Mail Clerk position to join our operations at the Official Mail Center (OMC) at the Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all mail.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive/ sort / distribute all official mail and inter-base communications for the OMC
Weighs and determines classification as well as correct postage on all outgoing official mail
Prepares command pouches for entry into the USPS mail system
Receives, processes, and dispatches accountable mail containers and USPS Express Mail
Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures promulgated by the Board of Directors and President and CEO
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Documentation of disability, signed by a qualified licensed professional or state/government entity.
Candidates must qualify and obtain Secret Security Level Clearance for Secure Mail Delivery on a Military Base and Maintain Secret Security Clearance credential at all times while employed.
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma / GED
General math and reading skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior mailroom and mail delivery experience
Military background with previous security clearance
