for an office-based opportunity in Canton, MA.
Job Details
Pay:
$20/hour

Monday–Friday |
Canton, MA
2 schedules:
9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on business needs
Office-based —
no warehouse work
Paid training provided
Opportunities to cross-train on different tasks
Job Duties
Scan and process documents
Fold letters and insert documents into envelopes
Sort mail and prepare completed mailings
Open, review, and sort documents according to established procedures
Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Assist with package tracking, supplies, courier services, and general mailroom tasks
Requirements
Must be able to
read and communicate in English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Able to learn and follow detailed procedures
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access are helpful
Able to lift/move 30–40 lb boxes and push carts
Comfortable being on your feet about half the day
Important
Consistent attendance is essential , especially Mondays and Tuesdays, when business volume is highest.
The location requires approximately a
¼-mile walk from the shuttle drop-off , so reliable transportation is recommended, especially during winter.

$20.00 per hour
