Job Description

NEC LLC, a manufacturer of electrical conduit and fittings, is seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our manufacturing team. Full-time positions are available on both day and second shifts.

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift, excluding breaks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) intermittently , with or without reasonable accommodation. Mechanical or team-lifting assistance is used for heavier or awkward materials.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to Houston summer heat and industrial noise.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection.
• Ability to read, write, and follow basic work instructions in English or Spanish .
• Strong attention to detail, good attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a drug screening.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week.
• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
