The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:Strong teamwork and collaboration skillsEffective communication and conflict management abilitiesSelf-motivation and initiativeExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailSolid understanding of the healthcare environmentPrior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it would be highly beneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. This position will support both care delivery and payor functions across the health system.The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence two to three days per week, as well as attendance at required on-site meetings throughout the year.Location: Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, VirginiaEducationBachelors Level Degree (Required)Certification/LicensureOHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) , AIHC or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)ExperiencePrior experience managing Conflict of Interest matters is not required; however, it would be highly beneficial.Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.Support both care delivery and payor functions across the health system.2 years Compliance required2 years Project Management requiredWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $67,724.80 - $114,712.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
