We are seeking an experienced Class A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to join our team. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, this role is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and compliant freight transportation while maintaining accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and inspect assigned equipment before and during operation.
• Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Load and unload cargo occasionally, following proper handling procedures.
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, or delivery issues as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and transportation management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Current Hazmat endorsement.
• Current Tanker endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transporting hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of DOT and hazmat regulations.
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Experience with pre-trip inspections and load securement.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
