EZ4X4 is searching for an exceptional, seasoned CEO / President to take full operational leadership of a rapidly growing patented-product company.
The owner is looking for the right executive to hand the company over to and trust to run it .
We are not looking for someone who simply manages what already exists. We need a leader capable of building the people, systems, controls, and infrastructure required to take the company to the next level.

EZ4X4 designs and sells innovative patented Jeep, Bronco, pickup truck, and automotive accessory products , backed by 30+ exclusive patents .
We manufacture through our operations in China and sell through:

Leadership + Marketing + Operations + Finance + Systems + Technical Products + People.
You will be responsible for building scalable systems throughout the organization, including:
We are not looking for a CEO who says, “Marketing handles marketing.”
You need to understand it.
You must be capable of reviewing strategy, advertising, SEO, social media, creative, video, customer acquisition, conversion rates, analytics, and ROI and know whether your team is performing.
You must know how to build and lead a world-class marketing organization capable of supporting aggressive growth.
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND TECHNICAL PRODUCTSEZ4X4 sells physical, patented, engineered products.
You need to be able to understand the products, understand how they work, communicate their advantages, understand manufacturing issues, and work effectively with engineering and product-development teams.

COMPENSATIONThis position offers a strong executive base salary plus a substantial performance incentive tied directly to company growth and profitability .
