Job Title: Automotive Contract Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to handle a wide range of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end .
• Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received .
• Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring .
• Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records .
• Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed .
• Reconcile commissions and bonuses .
• Process wholesale sales .

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required .
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks .
• Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor .
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred .
