The firm has a stellar reputation for providing general counsel representation to community associations and HOA's, guiding them through Florida's statutory changes. Responsibilities: Review contracts and stay current on relevant statutes and regulations. Attend board and membership meetings to provide legal guidance. Draft and amend governing documents and association policies. Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of experience practicing law. Must have experience or a strong interest in representing HOA's and condo associations. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials. Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
